Week of December 4-8, 2023
And just like that...It is December! Hold on tight because these weeks will fly by. We will have tons of fun but please continue to supervise and push/support our students to meet their goals. The greatest gift we can give our students is an education that can provide them the needed skills and experiences that allow them to be positive and contributing members of our community.
This week I promised to show you the QAR strategy in action and here is a quick clip. While watching the clip, think about what subjects you could easily implement this in. Next week we dig further in QAR by sharing either strategies that are used at DRE or a lesson plan/ materials that uses QAR.
I hope you have had a great weekend and you're looking forward to our 2023 December to Remember. Don't forget to book a massage HERE and a copy of the student edition of a December to Remember can be found here. I didn't want to leave out our student dragonflies. If you are willing to be an Secret Snowman and help with our daily fun, please send me an email or text and I'll book you for however many days you can serve.
Angela
P.S. A HUGE shoutout to Coach Stewart and her coaching squad for that amazing performance from our Jumping Dragonfly Jump Rope Team. I was so proud and heard countless students saying they wanted to be on the team😁
