May 20-31 Close out plans and meet with parents face to face or phone call, no messages in Rooms, signature sheet in sec 6 of cumulative folder and new "MTSS" sticker on the outside of cumulative folder

3rd-5th Grade Homeroom Teachers Survey Reminders

  • If students opted in the Fall/Winter, they do not need to opt in again, but you must communicate with the parents that they will be participating in the survey again.
  • I will email you all records from each survey so if you do not have an updated survey permission for Spring you can look at winter (4th and 5th) and BOG and winter (3rd) to view previous permission slips.
